1. Shipping Within Pakistan

  • We deliver nationwide to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:

    • A flat rate of Rs. 200 may apply to orders below a certain value.

    • Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 3,000 (subject to change based on promotions).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • COD is available for most cities and towns in Pakistan.

    • A small COD fee may apply in certain cases, depending on the courier policy.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery.

4. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

    • Bad weather or natural events

    • Courier delays or strikes

    • National holidays or high volume during sale periods

5. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • All orders are subject to verification before dispatch.

6. Undelivered Packages

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will contact you to reschedule.

  • Repeated failed attempts may lead to cancellation or additional shipping charges for redelivery.
